❖ Core Philosophy: Your Data Never Leaves Your Device

At PhuDuy Tools (PD Tools), an endorsed digital product of PhuDuy Group, we believe privacy is not an afterthought or an optional toggle—it is the foundational architecture of everything we build. Unlike conventional web utilities that send your sensitive texts, JSON structures, passwords, or code snippets to remote backends, all calculations are executed locally inside your web browser engine.

1 Zero Server Data Collection

When you type, paste, or drop documents into any tool on phuduygroup.com:

  • No Network Transmission: The text content is processed using native JavaScript algorithms (such as Web Workers and Web Audio API). No HTTP POST or WebSocket payload containing your input is ever dispatched.
  • No Database Storage: We do not operate backend user databases for tool data. We have zero ability to view, store, read, or sell your documents.
  • No Analytical Logging of Input: Our server-side infrastructure (Cloudflare CDN) only logs standard network delivery metrics (IP address for DDoS mitigation and static asset caching). Your content is strictly invisible to the edge server.

2 Local Storage & Browser Persistence

To provide a frictionless user experience, select tools utilize the HTML5 localStorage API on your local machine:

pd_theme Stores your aesthetic preference (Light or Dark mode).
pd_sfx_enabled Stores your preference for sound effects (Off by default).
pd_draft_* Saves your workspace draft locally so you don't lose work on refresh.

This information remains exclusively within your local browser storage. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser cache and cookies.

3 Third-Party Services & Tracking

We maintain a strict anti-surveillance stance:

  • We do not load invasive marketing trackers or cross-site tracking pixels.
  • We do not sell, rent, or monetize your usage data.
  • Static web fonts and script libraries are self-hosted or served via privacy-conscious edge CDN layers.
